“CRACKERJACKBAND” is a Brazilian blues/rock..n roll band, founded by the Brothers Thompson, Claudio Thompson drums/vocals, Charlie Thompson guitar/vocals in non-stop activity since the late 80..s (!!!) , the band played in several clubs and venues all over the country. The group got nationally known by being the backup band for a notorious brazilian blues guitarist called "Celso Blues Boy" in the mid 90..s. After a couple of years touring, they settled again in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil to play at an opening venue called Crossroads Blues & Classics, where the band still perform weekly after 20 long years. The only album put out in their carreer was an independent release called "The Band", in 1999, that is really hard to find these days and brings the main influences of “CRACKERJACKBAND”, defined as a blues/rhythm&blues/funk LP. 
A great guitarist Jordi Moro (Guitar Vocal) joins the band on December 2007. making a big difference in styles and compositions.
Nowadays they still show the strong blues/country influence, but can surely be called a genuine Rock..n Roll Quartet band. Check out some pictures and videos and see for yourself.
